Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when using Trackerly.ai:

  • Account information (email, name)
  • Usage data and interactions with our service
  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider)

2. Analytics and Tracking

With your consent, we use analytics and marketing tools to improve our service. These tools only load after you accept analytics & marketing cookies in our consent banner — you can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer:

  • Google Analytics to track:
    • Pages visited
    • Time spent on site
    • User journey flows
    • Basic user information (subscription status, signup date)
    • Email domain (for business analytics)
  • Microsoft Clarity for user experience optimization
  • Google Ads and advertising pixels (Meta, Reddit, TikTok) for conversion tracking

If you decline, none of these tools are loaded. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Analyze usage patterns and optimize user experience
  • Send important updates about our service
  • Process payments and maintain accounts

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in the cloud with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following categories of service providers, only to the extent needed to operate the service:

  • Payment processing: Stripe (name, email, payment details). We never store full card numbers ourselves.
  • Transactional email: our email delivery provider receives your name and email address to send account-related messages.
  • AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, DeepSeek, and search-data providers): receive only the prompt text you author for brand monitoring — never your name, email, or account details.

6. Your Rights & Self-Service Tools

You have the right to:

  • Access & portability: download a complete copy of your personal data (profile, prompts, AI responses, workspaces, billing history) from Account Settings → Privacy & Data. The archive is prepared for you and a download link is emailed to you.
  • Correction: update your account details at any time, or contact us for anything you cannot change yourself.
  • Deletion ("right to be forgotten"): delete your account from Account Settings → Danger zone. See section 8 for how deletion works.
  • Consent withdrawal: change your cookie choices at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
  • Restriction and objection: contact us to restrict or object to specific processing.

7. Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies in two categories:

  • Essential cookies (always active): session, security, and preference cookies required for the service to work.
  • Analytics & marketing cookies (only with your consent): site usage analysis and marketing measurement.

Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

8. Account Deletion & Data Retention

When you delete your account:

  • Your account is deactivated immediately and any active subscription is cancelled.
  • You have a 30-day grace period during which you can restore your account (via the link emailed to you, or by signing back in).
  • After the grace period, your personal data — profile, prompts, AI responses, reports, workspaces, and integrations — is permanently and irreversibly erased or anonymized. Your customer record at our payment processor is deleted as well.
  • Billing and transaction records are retained in anonymized form (no longer linked to any identifiable person), as permitted by GDPR Art. 17(3)(b), to meet accounting and tax obligations.

Independent of deletion requests, we retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

9. GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Union and EEA, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. The rights in section 6 — access, portability, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and consent withdrawal — are available to all users through the self-service tools described above or by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
